How to write your first e-mail to professors?

For e-mailing professors, try to follow the KISS principle - Keep it simple, stupid. The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated; therefore simplicity should be a key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be avoided.It is advisable to target two or three professors whose research field is much similar to yours. 
  
So, write a very simple e-mail introducing yourself in 1 line, stating clearly in your email, your name, country, university with its academic status, and your academic achievement, with attachments of your CV and research proposal. Further emails afterwards can include certificates, publications, awards, and other documents upon requests from the professor.

We have received some feedbacks from students who complains they fail to apply oneline. In general, most of issues they met are: 
 
1. Not received the confirmation letter
